ReVaFix – Peripheral Tissue Revascularization System
Zaawansowane rozwiązanie medyczne wspierające regenerację tkanek poprzez kontrolowaną stymulację mechaniczną. System ReVaFix wykorzystuje sprawdzoną zasadę napięcie–stres (Ilizarova), aktywując naturalne procesy odbudowy organizmu i poprawy mikrokrążenia
How does ReVaFix work?
ReVaFix enables precise, controlled elevation of a bone segment, leading to:
- intensive angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels)
- improved microcirculation
- activation of growth factors (VEGF, HIF-1)
- mobilization of progenitor cells (EPC)
The result is a real improvement in blood supply and accelerated tissue regeneration.
Clinical Outcomes
- improved foot perfusion
- increased skin temperature
- improvement in ABI index
- faster wound healing
- pain reduction
Indications
The system is used in the treatment of:
- chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI)
- diabetic foot syndrome
- Buerger’s disease
- “no-option” patients (not eligible for other therapies)
Key Features
Precise mechanism of action
- 1 full turn = 1 mm displacement

Why ReVaFix?
ReVaFix combines biology and engineering – a solution that effectively supports the treatment of complex ischemic conditions, offering a new opportunity for patients where standard methods have failed.
Mechanism
The precise adjustment mechanism enables controlled elevation of the bone segment.
Each full turn of the knob results in a displacement of 1 mm, allowing for highly accurate control.
The quarter-turn indexing system provides even greater precision, with a total adjustment range of 14 mm.
Flexibility
The ability to position screws within a 18° range allows for precise adaptation to the patient’s anatomy.
The quick-lock mechanism facilitates handling and speeds up the entire assembly process.
Customization
The system allows the use of screws with diameters ranging from 3 to 6 mm, enabling easy adaptation to different cases and clinical needs.
Individual component selection ensures stable and optimal fixation.
Safety
The optimized instrument guidance system enables fast and precise procedure execution.
It minimizes soft tissue interference, enhancing both safety and surgical comfort.
